Mexico has officially invaded the U.S. on a political scale. The Mexican Army has crossed U.S. borders with machine guns they use to fire at U.S. Border Guards attempting to prevent illegal aliens and drug smugglers from entering U.S. borders. Worse; the Mexican Army aids and protects illegals, drug smugglers, and human traffickers crossing the borders, and Washington knows.

This violation of Mexico upon the U.S. is an all out military invasion with enough evidence for the Bush  Administration and Washington to call up the National Guard, place them on the borders with orders to shoot to kill every Mexican uniform, drug and human trafficker U.S. troops find invading. There is enough evidence for the U.S. military to go in and help Border Patrol Agents round up every illegal crossing and return them back to Mexico. 

Mexico’s military assault on the U.S. has murdered U.S. Border Guards preventing drug trafficking. What does this say about Mexico’s attitude toward the United States: they hate Americans and have no respect for the U.S as a sovereign nation. And no one is stopping them.

The Mexican Military invasion is nothing new. It did not happen this week and suddenly find its way to my desk-top. Republican Presidential Candidate Tom Tancredo of Colorado has been battling the problem for years with no help from Washington. And he’s not the only American crying fowl while begging Washington to stop Mexico’s assault on the U.S. The Border Patrol also has been begging Washington to order up troops to the border to fight a war against Mexico.

In March of 2003, NewsMax’s Phil Brennan reported that 120 Mexican Military invasions had been documented. According to Brennan, thousands of armed Mexican soldiers helping smuggle drugs into the U.S. The invasions have been going on, noticed, for five years. According to Judicial Watch article “The Unauthorized Crossing of the U.S.—Mexican Border By Mexican Government Personnel,” the time of documenting Mexican Military invasions dates back to 1996.  That’s nearly 12 years of neglect by Capital Hill.

In 2006, Judicial Watch filed for the release of Homeland Security documents detailing 226 Mexican Military raids on the U.S. Nine years worth of military incursions on the U.S. were detailed in the records: maps, assaults on U.S. Border Patrol, Mexican helicopter raids, and Mexican boats smuggling drugs.

Soldier of Fortune Magazine noted Mexican HUMV’s stormed U.S. borders in 2000, firing on United States Border Patrol Police in Texas and California. Border Patrol Agents document and report the incursions, but are not taken seriously by the U.S. Government, who turns a blind eye, ignoring the military raids by Mexico.

There was a time in this nation’s history when an invader was blown out of the water or received a couple of bombs on a couple of their cities. The U.S. Government not only lets Mexicans enter the U.S. at free will while rewarding the gate-crashers with welfare from Washington and driver’s licenses from Elliot Spitzer, Washington has been allowing the Poncho Patrol to invade U.S. borders, gun down U.S. lawmen, and help drug traffickers proliferate drugs and prostitution throughout the nation.

Since the 1965 Hart-Cellar Bill and Ted Kennedy immigration policy for illegal immigrants, this nation has slowly been invaded by people who want nothing to do with American culture and everything to do with taking it from Americans in an effort to transform the U.S. into a dis-United States of Hispanica. The infiltration escalated in the 1990’s as Clinton ignored the serious threat, and then spiraled out of control as President Bush ignored Tom Tancredo’s warnings about U.S. borders being attacked by Mexico.

The only reason Washington chooses to disregard Mexico’s assaults on the United States is there are too many liberals running the government that used to be run by the people. It’s not as if Washington is completely ignorant of the onslaught; newspapers and magazines have been covering the subject for years, giving accurate accounts of every attack lawmen and conservative Legislators have been asking the government to help stop.

Another reason is Vicente Fox and his accusations to Larry King that he and President Bush had been working toward a U.S./Mexican dollar like the Euro. If that’s true, that would unite Mexico to the States. It would also cause chaos and economic ruination for the U.S. Yet it would explain why Every President since the 1965 Kennedy Immigration plan has ignored illegal immigration. It would explain why over the past 16 years illegal immigration numbers have risen to 20 million without deportation.

In 2005, Tom Tancredo told World Net Daily that President Bush needed to confront Mexico and “publicly denounce” the aggression against the U.S. by Mexico. This was after Vicente Fox announced he would sue James Gilchrist and the Minutemen Project if they dared arrest Mexican nationals. Fox threatened the U.S. would be hauled into The Hague for violations of Arizona Proposition 200.

In other words; Mexico has every right to send troops to the U.S. borders, assail U.S. lawmen, cross U.S. borders with drug traffickers, and kill U.S. Border Patrol doing the job Washington hired them to do—stop illegal invasions and attacks.

Making matters worse, the Mexican Army helps illegal aliens cross into U.S. borders by alerting illegals to the whereabouts of the Minutemen, and then directs illegals to areas where there aren’t patrol guards. And Washington has known this for years.

Remember the good old days when foreigners came to America legally by way of Ellis Island. Those who were illegal were sent back. The Europeans who stayed had the most incredible talents and skills—one of which was called honest hard work; the other was called “I don’t take charity.” Thus no welfare doled.

Some will argue illegals do in fact work hard. Yes; one worked extra hard last week setting California on fire. I will argue tax-payers work hard for a living before having to hand over the cloths on their backs every April 15^th to some slug wearing a rug who never pays taxes and never will.

In the meantime, the U.S. is stuck with invader’s children who receive paid-for-by-the-tax-payers educations, healthcare, and housing. The U.S. Military receives lousy pay and not so fabulous medical care and housing. Then again, the U.S. Military are vile terrorists invading poor little Iraq.

The U.S. Military never illegally invaded Iraq. The U.S. legally, justifiably, and congressionally approved, went into Iraq after ignored warnings to Saddam to step down and leave the country he terrorized. Mexico is actually illegally invading and firing upon the U.S. with the blessing from their government.

On October 18, 2007, MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough spoke with journalist Sarah Carter of the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin and T. J. Bonner of the National Border Patrol Council about Mexican incursions in the U.S. Carter reported the FBI concurred the Mexican Military aids drug smugglers and human traffickers, and Washington is aware of the problem.

Bonner told Scarborough the Mexican Military demands U.S. Border Agents to stop firing back at the Mexican raids. Bonner sent a letter to the white House, alerting the President of the seriousness of the situation. Bonner said the only reply was a letter thanking him for the information. He never received help. A few weeks later, one of his agents was “shot up” by the Mexican Military. 

Drug cartels are known to run the Mexican border towns, yet the State Department refuses to act on the threat of terrorism these towns present. Cartels are suspected of paying off the Mexican Military to help smuggle drugs and prostitutes into this nation, further infecting American youth and enslaving young women lured by the possibilities of a better life.

One has to wonder who else the Mexican Military is smuggling into the U.S.

Washington has two wars: one overseas it must stay in for the long haul, fighting to stop Islam from nuking the United States, and the other on the home front fighting Mexico. That is where the National Guard must be called into action.

Stealing American jobs and taxpayer dollars is bad enough; when that foreign military assaults American lawmen, it’s an invasion. If it’s not stopped, Americans will see the American culture and everything this nation was founded on disappear.

CAN AMERICA SURVIVE THE NEW IMMIGRATION?

Is it possible for the United States to survive the influx of illegal immigration growing daily as President Bush and Ted Kennedy provide amnesty to anyone refusing to follow the laws of U.S. citizenship? The answer is no.

Prior to the 1960’s, migrant workers from Mexico came to America legally, staying only for the summer, and then leaving for Mexico after the harvest. Not that illegal immigration from Mexico or other countries around the world prior to 1965 was non-existent; America had tougher laws and immigrants understood they could not break those laws if they wanted to live in America. That changed in 1965 when Ted Kennedy decided immigrants should have the right to enter the U.S. illegally at will and receive full citizenship as reward.

Ted Kennedy, the great, liberal, hater of American culture he belongs to, changed the system completely by letting the third world enter the U.S. without restraint while white liberal politicians, college professors and lower-level school teachers chastised white Americans for their evil white European ancestry that founded, settled and built this nation to prosperity.

Thus began the disintegration of America’s culture and heritage.

Jump forward 40 years and some 13 to 20 million illegal aliens from Mexico, South America, and other nations around the world, including the Arab world, have invaded America at the request of Ted Kennedy and now George W. Bush who not only sings Kennedy’s praises, but has forgotten what Americans did for him; they overwhelmingly elected him president, entrusting their lives and country’s safety and future into his hands he seems to have wiped clean of the U.S. Constitution.

In the state of New York, illegals can obtain driver’s licenses. Illegal Hispanic gang-bangers in various states are also eligible to receive driver’s licenses and benefits in the U.S. despite being rapists and killers; Americans on the other hand, can lose their right to drive when driving with expired licenses. If you’re a blonde ding-bat heiress who drives drunk twice, refuses to show up for probation, you go to prison versus Los Angeles gangs raping, shooting, robbing and killing innocent citizens.

Paris Hilton should have asked for an extra jolt in the tanning booth then opted for black hair extensions.

In the town of Mamaroneck, New York, streets are crowded with “day laborers,” the innovative expression for illegal immigrant, standing around waiting for Americans to approach the criminals-for-hire. Until recently, the police of Mamaroneck Village were allowed to drive up to the illegals and demand to see citizenship or temporary visa papers ensuring laws were not being broken in the village. That is until liberal activist lawyers catered to “day laborers” by using the race card to prevent police from asking loiterers questions. In fact, the police of Mamaroneck, New York are no longer allowed to follow the law and do their duty; it’s against the law for the police to pull up to the loitering “day laborers.”

Illegal aliens are free to take over the streets of American towns, taking labor-type jobs from American citizens needing the money. It’s racist to demand “day laborers” not hang out in crowds on sidewalks, street corners, parks, in front of store fronts, etc.

I must be lethargic, because, I have been under the silly assumption America has loitering laws.

I have said it before, the immigration bill is an attempt to destroy the white, European Christian foundation of America, and it’s liberals who are at the forefront of this annihilation because they hate their heritage and they hate God more.

John McCain is on the Ted Kennedy side of immigration; let all immigrants enter without documentation because they need our money we Americans should hand over through legislation coercion.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi hires illegals to pick her California vineyard grapes and work in her restaurants. Apparently, Americans—born or naturalized—who need work don’t deserve the pay because they’re American; therefore evil decedents of the baneful pernicious white man or worse, immigrants who decided to join the European ancestors club.

Senator Trent Lott is suddenly all for amnesty; gee, is it because he gave a deserved tribute to a 100 year-old Senator who denounced and apologized for his racist past decades ago? Could the reason Lott is back-stabbing America and conservatives be the fact liberals chastised Lott as a racist for the deserved tribute to Strom Thurmond, and now Lott feels he must make an unnecessary liberal butt-kissing as apology for not doing wrong?

Have black Americans noticed they’ve been dropped as the official liberal token?

No good blacks who have lived on U.S. soil for 400 years had the effrontery to bare English-speaking American children over the centuries. Low-income blacks deserve the housing projects Lyndon Johnson segregated blacks into while convincing blacks they need never work, because all whites owe all blacks reparations.

The problem is illegals are getting work many low-income black Americans could use to raise above the low-income status the racist Johnson shoved black Americans into like cattle.

Low-income White, Hispanic, Asian and American Indian Americans could use the low-skilled work to rise up out of the so-called “have-nots” John Edwards preaches at them, and make the American dream come true for themselves; but liberal democrats and liberal republicans suddenly now liberal for convenience, want the Hispanic vote rather than the American dream for Americans who actually vote.

Illegals will reap all the benefits Americans have had to earn by proving themselves worthy. English is being pushed aside for a bilingual country in effort to cater to the Hispanics refusing to speak the United State’s official language; English.

As a result, law abiding Hispanic immigrants who came to the states legally will be heaped into the pool of taker and destroyer; guilt by ancestry association.

Illegals along with pro-illegal legal Hispanics march in American streets waving Mexican flags. The symbolism in that is hate for America and her people. So why stay in America if one does not like our culture? The benefits the law-breakers can reap until retirement when many return to their “home nation” to live like kings.

But what will we Americans be left with? How will we Americans live once our country is destroyed by other nations with complete disregard for our history they hate? We’ll be left with a dysfunctional, bilingual nation of illiterates who have no idea where they came from or where they’re going.

As Americans, we do have a say and that say comes in our votes. Refuse to vote for legislators and Senators who sign amnesty bills—Republican and Democrat. The fact Ted Kennedy has been in office 40 years tells me Massachusetts citizens love illegal immigration and want America to become a third world dump site of eventual riots like those seen during the late 1960’s in bilingual Canada.

Two cultures can not live under one flag; the ramifications will be disastrous. Two languages can not succeed; one will over-run the other to extinction. English, the language of success and progress in the U.S., no doubt will lose to the Spanish. Flying flags of other nations all over America’s towns and cities eventually will back-fire with hate toward foreign flag flyers. The back-lash will be riots and racism systematically created by America-hating liberals who want Hispanics to take over, destroying white culture.

America has one culture that grew out of many European nations; now it has too many cultures from South America and Mexico trying to crush the American spirit by making the American flag illegal to wear on lapels in many public places; illegal to fly in areas which might offend Hispanics who want nothing to do with America; and Muslims who want to blow America off the globe.

It is amazing that the promoters of the amnesty bill and giving illegals free entrance to citizenship are people whose ancestors broke their European backs to become fully assimilated, English-speaking, American educated, American cultured Americans who loved, and many of whom fought for, this nation. Now their descendants want to hand America to the third world as an apology for being the country which feeds, cloths, doctors and rescues the third world.

How many reading this piece can speak English? If you’re reading this you can because I refuse to translate my columns to Spanish to accommodate non-English-speaking Hispanics. I refuse to accommodate anyone who can’t speak English; if you don’t understand me when I speak, too bad; get a dictionary like the rest of do when visiting a foreign nation.

I do not appreciate anyone living in this country long enough to have learned America’s official language—English—having the audacity to continue speaking offensive foreign languages to each other in front of me when working in my country’s businesses. You’re in America; learn the gringo lingo or go back to where you came from.

A is not for amnesty; it stands for “assimilate” to “American” or get a B for “boycott” every “bastard” who refuses to be “American” and “assimilate” to “America’s” “C” for official “culture” of “America” if insisting upon living in the U. S. of A.

Do America a favor, press one to proceed to the border for deportation. How’s that for Gringo lingo?

How many reading this piece washed their hair this morning while taking Spanish lessons in the shower? I did and it insulted my Americaness. My shampoo and conditioner bottles have more Spanish written on them than English. I’m not sure if I washed my hair or took it out to dinner with a gay butcher in league with the local liquored-up tailor.

Too many Hispanic immigrants never learn to speak English or become educated citizens contributing to the greater good of this nation. Just take a look at inner city neighborhoods down-graded by many Hispanic immigrants uninterested in improving themselves while giving a bad name to the many Hispanics who have assimilated well, becoming full fledged and proud Americans, received high school and higher educations, own businesses profiting their cities and towns, served this nation proudly in the military, and many of whom serve public office like the Hispanic Attorney General of the United states who should be doing his job—police the illegals and deport them; you have the power to do so A.G. Gonzales; so do it or get out.

Unfortunately for the many Hispanics who do improve themselves and raise their children American, many do the opposite.

Why should anyone improve ones self when liberals and wimpy conservative legislators hand out welfare checks  like Halloween candy on the basis Hispanics are poor, hard-working people who need a break?

Give America a break.

If one has lived in America more than five years, even legally, one should know the language, have assimilated to all U.S. culture or one does not give a damn. That’s the problem right there; immigrants coming from the third world don’t give a damn; they insist on dragging their servile culture and all its aspects with them as they enter to dwell on American soil.

President Bush has worsened the problem over the last seven years by consistently disregarding the wishes of the American people who have continuously demanded he shut the U.S. borders, round up and deport all 13 million and counting illegal aliens; refuse amnesty to the tax evading, money grubbing thieves of American people; deny citizenship as punishment for breaking the laws; enforce the Monroe Doctrine, and impose with coercion if necessary, our official language of English as law.

Instead, George W. Bush, a man I greatly admire but am deeply disappointed in, has insulted this great nation by repetitively declaring Mexican immigrants are hard-working people who need a break and are doing the work Americans refuse to do.

How dare you Mr. President; how dare you slap the faces of every hard-working American who has struggled to put a roof over their family’s head while taking extra jobs in order to send their children to college for educations that will enable them to rise above what their parents have had to wade through to provide. You sir owe all Americans, middle and upper class who built America, an apology.

The lower income of America, especially illegal and too many legal Hispanics are not hard working; they are a burden on society and the economy. They do not contribute; they take; and you Mr. President, reward the lower income with hand-outs every hard-working American must pay for.

Standing in the East Room, insinuating Mexican immigrants are the hard-working back-bone of this nation is bull shit plane and simple. Tell every American, black and white like my South Carolina Aunt, who had to pick 100 pounds of cotton daily, side-by-side with her fellow black neighbors during the 1920’s in order to make one dollar a day for food (if you didn’t pick 100 pounds, you did not get paid full pay), they are not the back-bone of the American economy and culture.

You tell the coal miners of Kentucky, West Virginia and other states who break their backs to this day while becoming infected with black lung if they don’t die in mine collapses, they are not the back-bone of America and they don’t do the hard work; you tell the steel workers and those who built your Cadillac Escalades in Michigan; they are not the hard working backbone of America.

Bush’s insult was worse than Lyndon “Baneful” Johnson’s “Great Society” which threw black Americans into housing projects and welfare for life, creating generations of lazy Americans who should be able to work if American cheapskates and liberal politicians would stop catering to cheap, illegal labor and pay non-college educated Americans higher wages for landscaping, house cleaning and picking vegetables and fruit.

Americans are the hardest working people on earth; that is why we have the greatest economy and are the leaders of capitalism and prosperity. The third world imported by the president, liberals in the Congress and Senate, is not interested in the prosperity of America; they are absorbed with taking what Americans worked for, pocketing every dime of it, and living off America; and they are destroying the economy as shown in the May 21, 2007 No. 30 study by Daniel Griswold, director at the Center for Trade Policy Studies at the Cato Institute titled “The Fiscal Impact of Immigration Reform: The Real Story.” In the study, Griswald notes: “One recent study from the Heritage Foundation, for example, claims that each “low-skilled household”[of illegal and the newly illegal legalized immigrants] (one headed by a high-school dropout) costs federal taxpayers $22,000 a year. Spread out over 50 years of expected work, the lifetime cost of such a family balloons to $1.1 million. If immigration reform increases the number of such households in the United States, it will allegedly cost U.S. taxpayers several billion dollars a year.”

And it’s Americans who must work hard for that several billion in funding immigrants.

Americans work for a living because Americans believe education with hard work rewards and benefits Americans with industrious results. Most third world immigrants do not share that belief system never taught nor enforced in their own nations; especially third world Hispanic under-lorded nations persuaded by Congress and the president who condone the invasion upon the United States freely without repercussion.

Americans pay the price; not the illegals who receive what Americans pay.

Most of the Hispanic population wants America to become their third world culture they purposely bring to the U.S., demanding by force, Americans accept foreign ways.

Invaders need never become assimilated to America’s culture; however, they will become American citizens if they came to this nation illegally and breaking every law while hiding from law.

America caters to the Hispanic culture by making everything bilingual; food labels, clothing labels, hair products, cosmetics and restaurant menus; If Hispanic immigrants refuse to learn to speak English, they should not be allowed to eat.

U. S. road signs and business signs are Spanish-speaking. American college web sites and catalogues have lowered themselves to the level of catering to foreign and American born Hispanics. Colleges have signs in English and “Espanola” for the poor Hispanic student who should never have to attend English Rhetoric 101 classes; American schools should be bilingual or be tagged racist.

U.S. remote controls for TV’s cater to Hispanics with the closed caption Spanish button—push 3 for Espanola if you refuse to understand the official U.S. language. Then there is the list of Hispanic channels catering to Spanish-speaking foreigners who should not be allowed to watch TV in Spanish since this is America. Mexico and South America do not cater to Americans on their TV networks.

800 customer service numbers have an automotive voice telling Americans to press 1 to proceed to English; 2 for the Espanola operator who will kiss the butt of foreigners.

This is the United States of America; not Hispanica; why I an American should have to press 1 on my telephone to speak to an English-speaking operator, who, by the way speaks broken English, is pathetic. 800 number operators talk like this: “Can I hep chew? Watchoo craydeet noomer? Eh? Naw, chew juan dee woopgay poot pons?”

Let me translate that conversation I had with an “English-speaking” operator: “Can I help you? What is your credit card number?” The “Eh? Naw” was the idiot’s reply to my asking “What did you say; I don’t understand you. Can you speak slower?” The idiot said “Naw,” meaning no. The rest of the translation is; “You want the Wolfgang Puck pans?” When I told the operator for the seventh time, I could not understand one, single word she was saying, and please put an English-speaking American on the line, the operator told me: “Chew urrrr be nassy da may. Ah mony toms I tell Chew wah dee ooter noomer chew wah? Chew naw rot tok me dat weh.”

Apparently I was being a big ole’ racist by demanding the foreigner speak proper, legit English. Silly me; I’ve been under the false assumption this is America and one must speak the American language of English when speaking.

Anyone who has read my columns or gone on to my site has a pretty good idea how I replied. I need not indulge you with a paragraph that contains so many bleeped out “F-bombs” it would make rap singers blush.

Oh, my, gosh; Lisa Richards is a racist? If you got racism out of the above statements, you’re an idiot who hates America and everything your ancestors fought—and many of whom—died for.

America has a Hispanic population explosion out doing what the atomic Bomb did to our enemy—annihilating America’s true culture. Mexicans and South Americans purposely invade, baring children on U.S. soil for the sole purpose of claiming benefits belonging solely to Americans. The children may be born on U.S. soil, but they are not legally American since their parents are illegal criminals. The children do not deserve anything for over populating America with the third world.

In July of 1961, Norman M. Ward wrote an article for the Journal of Inter-American Studies Vol. 3, No. 3. (Jul., 1961), pp. 359-365 titled “Agricultural Production, Education, and Population Growth in Latin America.”  In the article Ward stated; “The population of the 20 Latin American Republics has jumped from approximately 132 million in 1945 to an estimated 196 million in 1960. This is an over-all increase of 48.7 per cent, or an average increase of 3.3 per cent a year. By way of comparison, the United States has had an over-all population increase of 25.8 per cent or 1.72 per cent per year during the same 15-year period…the countries that are least developed have had the largest increase in percentage of population…”

That was the pre-Ted Kennedy free invite to 30 million Hispanics and all Latin Americans to invade and take over America. Notice Ward tells us the most underdeveloped countries have the highest population in 1961; 46 years later those underdeveloped nations have abandoned their homeland for the United states, catapulting the U.S. into third world status of third world melting dump.

In 2002, Jacob G, Hornberger of the Future of Freedom Foundation stated an empirical fact when he said: “It is impossible to overstate the unusual nature of American society for more than 100 years after the inception of the federal government in 1787. There was no Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, welfare, drug laws, occupational-license laws, income taxation, gun control, public schooling, immigration controls, travel restrictions, and foreign aid. Our Ancestor believed that (1) it was morally wrong to use government to take money from a person to whom it belongs in order to give to someone else to whom it does not belong; (2) a person has the right to accumulate unlimited amounts of wealth and decide what to do with it; and (3) people have the right to engage in any peaceful enterprise and to travel and trade anywhere in the world” (Jacob G. Hornberger. “FDR’s New Deal Legacy Is the Life of the Lie.” Feb. 2002).

In other words, at one time in America, before the big do-gooder, hander-outer liberal FDR, all immigrants insisted upon becoming American, earning their way without hand-outs. To take charity of any nature, according to my late grandmother, was a disgrace upon the human soul who desired the privilege to declare “I am American; I can earn my own way without the government telling me what to do, how to do it, and where I can spend it thank you very much.”

Even China insisted its illiterate peasants learn the three “R’s” in order to grow their nation. In July 1994, Glen Peterson of The Australian Journal of Chinese Affairs wrote in Journal No. 32. (Jul., 1994), pp. 95-120 wrote; “For them [the Chinese government], the creation of a literate peasantry was inseparable from the goal of a strong state capable of mobilizing—and marshalling—the masses for political and economic tasks…universal literacy was ‘virtually achieved in China after 1949…the eradication of illiteracy [was] one of the PRC's 'greatest achievements’…the literacy drive [was] ‘one of the [greatest] success stories’, among many failures, of post-1949 educational policy. [The] Chin[ese] literacy movement in effusive terms [was] ‘clearly the greatest experiment in mass education in the history of the world’…making China a ‘nearly literate society’ in the space of three decades.”

I need not produce any evidence in this piece to demonstrate China’s education competition with the U.S. The Chinese accomplished literacy on demand by their government. Though I hate communism and denounce it at every level for its evilness, China was wise enough to understand enforcing education, specifically literacy in the country’s official language, is a must if one wants to produce brilliant people for an exemplary economy. And China’s economy is quickly catching up to America which is rapidly being pulled under the poncho.

In 1921, San Francisco polled the population of “alien” tax-payers in an article titled “FACTS ABOUT SAN FRANCISCO'S ALIEN POPULATION AS GLEANED FROM THE POLL TAX REGISTRATION OF 1921. ” (in Government and Public Affairs) Walter G. Beach Journal of Social Forces, Vol. 3, No. 2. (Jan., 1925), pp. 321-325.) The article stated; “The Alien Poll Tax law was adopted by the California legislature in 1921. It provided for the payment of an annual poll tax of ‘ten dollars by every alien male inhabitant of the State over 21 and under 60 years of age, except paupers, idiots and insane people.’ ” To make possible the collection of the tax, alien males between the specified ages were to register annually before proper officers in the county in which they resided…The registration required the answering of a series of questions set by the law…[on] August 1 and July 31 of the same year…Registering aliens were to give [that] information…and some other similar facts...”

Apparently insisting one declare all of who one is, was cruelty to 1921 foreigners.

According to Walter G. Beach: “Soon after the passage of the law its constitutionality was attacked…before the Supreme Court of California [by a Japanese [and] a Mexican.”

Of course. Guess what the court declared? The law was “void.” A 1911 treaty between the U.S. and Japan declared “citizens or subjects of each of the parties shall enjoy in the territories of the other the same rights and privileges as are granted to native citizens or subjects.”

The Japanese were more than glad to give us a big thank you on December 7, 1941 for granting them alien rights.

According to the second case for the Mexican: “1, 1921 Calif. Statutes, Chap. 424.

2 Ex parte Terui, 200 Pac. 954 and ex parte Icotta, 200 Pac. 957. held the law to be void in regard to all alien inhabitants of the State in that it denied “to persons within the jurisdiction of the State the equal protection of the laws, in violation of section 1, Article 14, of the Amendments to the Constitution of the United States.”

Forget the protection of U.S. citizens, especially elderly trying to live on Social Security illegal aliens will now get for free; Mexico has taken over through the use of the hypocritical race card.

The 1921 law allowed only one year for affidavits, leaving all aliens, including idiots and insane people covered with rights all U.S. citizens own by birth. What happened was aliens had the right never to report everything. They still need not report anything they don’t want the U.S. government knowing about them; just enter at will and illiterately take over America.

And they need not speak English which seems to offend the 13 million idiotic insane illegals and many of the over 30 million idiot Hispanic Americans living in the U.S.

According to the Cato Study by Griswald, “Immigration accounts for 43 percent of America’s population growth… [and] the undocumented population has doubled since 1994.” What will it be by 2010 if it is now 13 million?

Over 30 million Hispanics, whether immigrants or American born, are literate in Spanish; too many are illiterate in English rhetoric skills available freely by many organizations, including churches in the U.S.

According to the U.S. Department of Education 2005 study, 44 percent of Hispanics from age 16 up are illiterate in Basic English skills. That is double the percent rate of 1994. The Department of Education noted male Hispanics have the highest high school drop-out rate and non-college education rate. According to the National Institute for Literacy, “73.9% of Hispanic children spoke another language at home, and 31.0% of Hispanic children had difficulty speaking English.” The problem is many adult Hispanics don’t wish to become fluent and proficient in the official language of this nation they refuse to teach their children; they insist Americans accommodate and cater to immigrants and their native language.

Therefore, they are idiots and insane people; why should we not deport them?
